Return policy
Return Policy:
• The product to be returned must be in its original condition and the perfume must not be missing.
• The return policy includes only the products (and does not include the accessories that come with the product).
• The product to be returned must be in the condition it was purchased with all its accessories.
• The return period is 3 days from the date of receipt.
• The store bears the shipping fees from the customer to the sales center if the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing defect or due to a delay in the shipment's arrival for more than 20 days or if the reason for the return is due to an error in the contents of the shipment.
• If the shipment was sent by the store and the customer did not respond to the shipping company to receive it and it was returned to the store and the shipment was requested again, the customer will bear the cost of sending the new shipment.
• The customer bears the cost of the return shipping unless the error was due to the store's management.
• The return policy does not include seasonal offers, competitions or discount codes.
• The return policy does not include payment in installments.
• If the return meets all the conditions, we will send the replacement policy via WhatsApp.
• Please print the shipping policy and deliver the returned products to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
• After the shipment arrives to us, we will check and review the order and ensure the integrity of the shipment contents.
• If the products are intact, the amount will be returned within 5-15 working days after deducting the shipping cost.
• If the products arrive damaged or incomplete, the return process will be rejected for the customer and the shipment will be returned to the same previous address (and the customer bears the cost of returning the order to him).
• Cash on delivery fees are fees for the shipping company and are non-refundable.
Exchange policy:
When the order arrives to you and it is not the same product requested by you or it has a defect, please contact the customer service team and report this, and you will be responded to arrange the replacement mechanism and ship the requested product for free.
If you do not like the requested product and wish to exchange it, please contact the customer service team, as you have the right to do so within 6 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the exchange is conditional on the product being in good condition with all its attachments, and the exchange process may take from 5 to 7 working days, with the shipping cost being borne, and the exchange is allowed only once.
